    Service regulations for after-sales machines

    Machines that fail due to customer modification or additional functions or equipment will not be accepted.

    Once the warranty card and purchase invoice are altered, the warranty will become invalid.

    The person in charge of the repair center will check the machine manufacturing number and warranty certificate for each repair.

    Please keep the purchase invoice and warranty certificate together as the warranty certificate, and no replacement will be made if it is lost.

    Charged repairs shall be implemented for those who fall into one of the following situations:

    Consumers are damaged due to improper use, maintenance and storage;

    Damage caused by disassembly by non-public laser authorized repair center personnel;

    The model number on the repair certificate does not match the model of the repaired product or is altered;

    Damage caused by force majeure;

    Failure caused by operating the machine not in accordance with the requirements of the manual.
