Recently, the national recommended standard GB/T 43141-2023 "General Technical Requirements for Laser Additive Manufacturing Machine Tools" initiated by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration was released on September 7, 2023 and will be officially implemented on April 1, 2024. The standard was drafted and formulated by well-known domestic universities and research institutes, laser suppliers, etc. Dr. Zhang Fan, founder of Shenzhen Gongda Laser Co., Ltd., participated in the drafting and formulation of the standard as the only green light source laser company and individual involved in the formulation of this standard.

The formal implementation of this national standard makes the design, production, use, testing, certification, service and other work contents of laser additive manufacturing machine tools standardized, filling the gap in industry standards for this type of machine tools, and improving the technical performance level of products. and safety protection levels, effectively promoting relevant technological progress and industrial upgrading. Laser additive manufacturing is a type of additive manufacturing technology that uses laser as the energy source, including laser selective melting, laser selective sintering, laser directional energy deposition, stereolithography, etc., and its applications cover titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, high-temperature alloys, amorphous Alloys, polymer materials, etc. have significant advantages in the manufacturing of complex structures in the fields of aerospace, automobiles, molds, and biomanufacturing.


Meanwhile, in April 2023, Shenzhen Gongda Laser Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the drafting of the national standard "Optics and Photonics Spectral Band" (GB/T 43847-2024) initiated by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Optics and Photonics. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Optics and Photonics (SAC/TC103). The standard was released on April 25, 2024 and implemented on November 1, 2024. Dr. Zhang Fan, the founder of Shenzhen Gongda Laser Co., Ltd., is one of the main drafting units and drafting individuals of this national standard, and is also the only green light source laser company involved in the formulation of this standard.

The formulation of this national standard will also be conducive to the unified management and unified testing of the quality of optical instruments in the country. At the same time, this standard will run through the entire process of research, design, development, practical application and industrialization of new products. The formulation of this standard has important positive significance for improving the quality of my country's optical instrument products and expanding the international market.
