On January 29, Shenzhen Gongda Laser Co., Ltd. held a grand 2023 annual meeting at the Shenzhen Liantou Oriental Courtyard Hotel. The theme of this annual meeting is "Prepare for the Future, Forge Ahead", aiming to summarize the achievements and experience of the past year, commend outstanding employees, inspire team morale, and jointly meet new challenges and opportunities in 2024. At the same time, the friends of Gongda Laser gathered together, singing and dancing, and used a variety of artistic forms to jointly praise the upcoming Spring Festival, showing the demeanor of Gongda people.

01 Summary and Planning

In 2023, Gongda Laser achieved outstanding performance. As the data was reviewed, Mr. Huang Guoxi, Deputy General Manager of Gongda Laser, summarized and analyzed the company's work. He mentioned that 2023 is a leap year for Gongda Laser, which is reflected in the growth of performance, breakthroughs in industry applications, the capabilities of the team and the clarity of the business line direction.   

Afterwards, General Manager Dr. Zhang Fan made a systematic plan and analysis of Gongda Laser's development blueprint for 2024 from four aspects, namely, company strategic planning, R&D and production capacity improvement, excellent team building, and standardized management system construction. He also expressed his ardent expectations and firm confidence in the company's future development.

In the past year, all partners of Gongda Laser have jointly painted a perfect picture of the company. Under the witness of all employees of the company, partners with outstanding performance and work performance in 2023 were commended and rewarded. These outstanding employees have performed outstandingly in their work and made outstanding contributions to the development of the company. The carefully presented lights and music created a festive and warm atmosphere. At the annual meeting, Gongda Laser employees presented a variety of talent shows. Wonderful dances, beautiful songs, humorous sketches and other programs made the audience laugh and applaud. Gongda people sang and danced, boldly showing their talents beyond the glory of their careers, showing everyone's vitality and upward power.
